STARTED

I can trace the origin and inspiration of my dreams back to my childhood, when I would immerse myself in music with my headphones on, volume cranked up. Artists like Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Usher, Madonna, and Lady Gaga inspired me to think bigger and step boldly into the world. But I didn’t want to stop at mere inspiration; I was determined to live a life filled with meaningful dreams.

So, I packed my bags and moved to a big City. I knew it was a challenging place to thrive and that my journey wouldn’t be easy. With a clear mindset, I set out to achieve my dreams, committed to staying open and teachable, humble, and eager to learn. To this day, I continue to learn and, more importantly, to listen.

Back to young Jojoe, the boy who fell in love with drawing and creating. While working at his grandmother’s restaurant, saving up money to buy Vogue magazines, I couldn’t help but wonder: how do cooking, fashion, and creativity all fit together? It’s been a question in my mind for a long time. Let’s explore the connection and see how these passions can come together.

Is a passionate individual with a deep appreciation for creativity. 

Always been curious, asking questions like, “How do things work?” and “How can we do this?” This thirst for knowledge has guided his journey, revealing that it’s all about learning.

SO MUCH HAPPINESS AND OPENED UP OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING AND GROWTH. IT'S ALSO GREAT TO SEE THAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE EXPERIENCES AND OPPORTUNITIES I HAD IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY. 

 

KEEP PURSUING MY PASSION FOR COOKING AND NEVER FORGET THE AMAZING MOMENTS AND PEOPLE

It's wonderful to SEE THAT I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN FROM AND BE INSPIRED BY SUCH A DIVERSE GROUP OF CHEFS. LEARNING FROM EXPERIENCED CHEFS IS A VALUABLE WAY TO GROW AS A COOK AND EXPAND MY CULINARY KNOWLEDGE.

 

It's also lovely TO SEE THAT INCLUDED GRANDMOTHER AS ONE OF MY INFLUENCES. ART CAN HAVE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON MY PASSION FOR FOOD AND COOKING. KEEP CHERISHING THESE
